End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Muhammad Awais Akram (“Muhammad Awais Akram”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) regarding the use of our mobile application (“Game”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Game.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the We grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Game on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Ownership

The Game and all related content (including but not limited to in-game assets, characters, music, graphics, and code) are owned by Us or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

3. Subscription Terms

The Game offers subscription-based content. If you choose to subscribe, you will be charged according to the subscription plan you select. The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

4. User-Generated Content

You may create or upload content to the Game (if applicable). By doing so, you grant the us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Game.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Game’s infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game’s server or data.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update the Game and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game’s functionality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts.
